• Expedited Shipping:Delivered within 2-3 business days.
• Next-Day Delivery:Available for select locations, orders placed before 12 PM (local time) will arrive the next day.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges.

Returns

• Eligibility: You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags or packaging intact
• Exclusions: Certain products, such as intimate apparel, health and personal care items, and electronics (if opened), are not eligible for returns due to hygiene or safety concerns.
• Return Process:

  • 2. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send the item back.
  • 3. Once your return is received, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your item.
• You may also be asked to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product

Refunds

• Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
• If you paid for expedited shipping, that fee will also not be refunded.

Defective or Damaged Items
